Asparagus and Spring Onion Tart

Happy St. Patrick’s day! This recipe features early spring vegetables and a nice, eggy body to make sure you still get that protein hit you aren’t getting from corned beef. When buying your green onions, make sure their color is bright and there is no slime in the packaging. With a recipe meant to make the vegetables shine, sub-par ingredients are never alright.
