Lemon Snow Pudding with Basil Custard Sauce

This lemon snow isn’t the yellow snow you were warned against as a child. It is actually a pudding made with gelatin (pectin substitutes nicely for vegetarians) and made extremely fluffy with lots of egg. This playful spin on dessert will give you the ethereal feeling of a light snow without any of the cold and damp.
