Cucumbers A La Poulette

When I think of cucumbers, I think of Greek salads and tzatziki sauce and served cold. This warm cucumber dish takes a fair bit of preparation, but the divine flavor is worth it. For the broth, I like to shake it up a little with a vegetarian miso broth. It has just the right amount of salt, so I do not need to add any more to the dish before serving.
